
Savory Garden Vegetable Cheesecake
Our savory garden vegetable cheesecake is satisfying as a lunch or dinner option and is a perfect pairing with a glass of wine. We begin by sautéing fresh white onions, scallions, garlic, spinach, red, green, yellow, and habanero peppers, celery, shallots, sundried tomatoes, and savory spices. This is then blended with sour cream and cream cheese and baked to perfection on a rosemary and olive oil cracker crust. It is then cooled and refrigerated, same as traditionally sweet cheesecakes to be served chilled or cold, an excellent replacement for traditional cheese & crackers or charcuterie boards! Perfect for wine tastings!
