Rotisserie Chicken Salad Cheesecake
A hearty treat that starts with our proprietary chicken salad blend of rotisserie chicken, red, green, and orange peppers, onions, celery, assorted spices, mayo, Dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, and sour cream blended with cream cheese and baked to perfection on an herbed rosemary cracker crust, then cooled and refrigerated. Served chilled or cold, the same as sweet dessert cheesecakes.
